There are two methods for attachment - to the orbital rim or to the upper temporal line and temporal fascia (reflects the Serdev Suture^® concept of suturing mobile to immobile structures). Lateral canthus repositioning is performed mostly in reconstructive surgery using complicated techniques. Lateral canthus Serdev Suture^® lift is easy to perform, it is an atraumatic, ambulatory technique that also permits beautification.
