Video demo:

The Serdev Suture^® buttock lift presents a scarless surgical procedure for treatment of the flaccid, flat and "unhappy buttock" form. It is a transcutaneous, closed approach procedure, without any incisions and excisions. The aim is to obtain beautification of the buttock form, by creating a circumferential lifting effect, without leaving scars. This is obtained by the use of a suture that takes hold of the mobile, inferiorly positioned deep fibrous tissue, elevating and attaching it to the immobile Serdev sacro-cutaneous fascia.  This fascia attaches the overlying skin to the lateral lines of the sacrum and suspends the weight of the buttocks.

The outcome is a visual change in the buttock's projection, roundness, tightness and elevation to a higher position. The lower limbs are elongated and changes the body proportions are changed.
