Account Opening Statement (hereinafter also referred to as: "Statement") of Medical Devices International EOOD (hereinafter also referred to as: "MDI")

Please read carefully the following Account Opening Requirements. Your account will be reviewed upon registration. MDI reserves the right to unilaterally suspend your account or deny supplying products to you in case we believe one or more of these conditions are not met or are broken.

1. Medical Persons only

1.1 The products offered on this website are medical devices. As such, only qualified medical persons are allowed to purchase and use them. 

1.2 MDI may request proof of your qualification. This may be in the form of Certifications, Licenses and other related documents.  

1.3 MDI requires that you provide the business address where the purchased products will be used. Inaccurate or wrongful information can lead to suspension of your account.

2. Use of Products

2.1 You are solely responsible for selecting and using the correct device for your business activity. Patient selection is also critical.

2.2 You are solely responsible for assessing product compatibility with local law, requirements, regulations etc.

2.3 Products purchased from MDI are for personal use only in the business address provided as part of the Account Opening process.

2.4 Commercial use, resale and Intellectual property Infringement are strictly forbidden, as per Art. 6 of our Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery.

3. Personal Information

3.1 The information we require from you is related to the assessment of your compatibility to use our services and securing your delivery address details.

3.2 MDI may at its sole discretion request additional information from you. In such cases, you will be informed by e-mail.

3.3 Your personal information is gathered and handled as per our Privacy Policy.
